1.About Turkish Airlines: history, fleet
Turkish Airlines (Turkish: Türk Hava Yolları Anonim Ortaklığı, IATA code: TK, ICAO code THY) is a Turkish airline based in Istanbul. It operates a number of scheduled flights on 118 international and 37 domestic routes. On April 1, 2008, the airline became a member of the Star Alliance.
Turkish Airlines operates charter flights from Chisinau Airport to Antalya, Bodrum and Dalaman airports. The terminal of arrival and departure to/from Antalya is Terminal T1.
As of July 2024, Turkish Airlines operates a fleet of 356 Airbus and Boeing aircraft.
