1. About VISION AIR: history, fleet

In 2025, a new Moldovan airline, Vision Air, was launched under the SkyUp brand. Vision Air became the third airline to operate under the SkyUp brand. Earlier, the Ukrainian carrier established a Maltese subsidiary, SkyUp MT, which received a European certificate. Now, the following airlines operate under the SkyUp brand:
- SkyUp Airlines (Ukraine) – the original airline, which was previously based in Kyiv but now operates in Europe.
- SkyUp MT (Malta) – a European airline that can operate flights within the EU without restrictions.
- Vision Air (Moldova) - a new airline capable of flying from Moldova to third countries.

At the moment, the Vision Air fleet consists of one airliner - a Boeing 737-700, designed for 149 passengers. The aircraft is painted in SkyUp livery and decorated with the logos of the Shakhtar football club. The fuselage has a sticker with the inscription Operated by Vision Air.

Weight cannot be divided into multiple pieces of luggage (bags/suitcases)

A baby stroller can be transported free of charge for infants and children up to 11 years of age inclusive:
- in the aircraft cabin – if the maximum dimensions when folded do not exceed 55×40×20 cm
- in the baggage compartment (if the dimensions exceed those specified) – the pram can be checked in as baggage during check-in or immediately before boarding the aircraft using the Delivery at Aircraft (DAA) procedure
**If there is no space for a pram in the cabin, the crew may ask you to check it in as baggage

Animal transportation in the cabin on Vision Air flights:

Dogs and cats are accepted for carriage. The number of animals allowed on each flight is limited. The animal in hold (AVIH) service is not available for booking.
For information on the documents required and the rules for transporting an animal, the passenger should contact the relevant services.

Transportation of an animal in the cabin – 4000 UAH (82 EUR)*
- Maximum weight - up to 10 kg (including the container)
- Container dimensions - 50x40x25 cm (length, width, height)
- Cages, soft baskets and travel bags specially designed for transportation of small animals by air, placed only under the front seat

Transportation of children and infants on Vision Air charter flights:

Categories:

• up to 2 years - an infant

They travel in the arms of their parents without occupying a separate seat. An adult passenger may travel with only one infant. Newborns under 7 days old are not accepted for carriage.

• from 2 to 12 years old – child

When purchasing a ticket for a child, a regular passenger ticket will be issued. There are no additional discounts, children have a separate seat on the plane.

Unaccompanied minor:
- The service is available for children aged 5 to 12 years
- The cost is 3600 UAH (75 EUR) per child one way

There is a limited number of unaccompanied children on each flight, to clarify the possibility of registration of the service, please send a request to our e-mail This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. no later than 96 hours before departure. At the check-in counter, agents will ask you to fill out a special form called ‘Unaccompanied Minor Handling Advice’. After that, an airline representative will accompany the child to the plane, where flight attendants will take care of them.

Passengers should check the rules for crossing the border of the departure/transit/destination country for minors and the required documents and airline rules for unaccompanied minors - on their own.
